U.S. Orthopedic Footwear Brand
One year old and fully paid-ads dependent. No organic moat, no subscription base, no brand equity built through anything other than spend. That's the honest picture.
But at 0.91x you recover the entire purchase price in under 12 months. $4.5M in TTM revenue asking only $550K.
That multiple doesn't exist at this revenue level. For a buyer who can run paid channels or wants to build them out, this is the kind of entry point that rarely shows up on a verified feed.
The numbers don't need dressing up. They speak.

Made-in-USA Pet Supplement Brand
Fair-market multiple at 3.05x. This isn't a price discount and we won't pretend it is. But 20% of revenue is subscription-based recurring profit that renews without a new ad dollar spent. You're not buying a bargain. You're buying retention that's already built, in a category that doesn't slow down in a downturn.

U.S. Anti-Aging Skincare Brand
A 11% margin is thin for a brand doing this kind of volume. But at 2.27x on $17.8M TTM revenue, this is priced meaningfully below what a brand this size trades for on the open market. The upside to this deal is in what the margin becomes when someone with real operational leverage gets their hands on it.

THIS WEEK'S INSIGHT
All three deals this week are under 2 years old. Here's what that means for due diligence.
Young brands carry a specific risk that older businesses don't. You're buying a growth curve, not a proven track record. Before you go deep on any of them, ask for month-by-month revenue broken down individually, not blended TTM. A brand that did $200K in month one and $600K in month eighteen tells a completely different story than one that's been flat at $350K for twelve months. The trajectory is the asset. Verify it before anything else.
